The environment may be loud, dusty, warm, cold, or smelly. This includes verifying line set up and awareness of quality and productivity drivers. Must lead and set a consistent pace for efficient productivity.Verify all components of a project are accurate and ready for each production order.Work with change-over techs and Material Handlers and line operators to calibrate the production line for each production order and perform in-process checks to confirm production meets specifications.Aid in assembling/disassembling equipment Share line set up, quality and/or filling specifications with line employees to ensure consistent adherence to specifications and standards so that we ship only excellent productAssist in training new leads and line employees.Take charge in meeting production goals/throughputs and report on progressCommunicate shortcomings, challenges, needs, solutionsLeading and operating production line (70-90% of time), changeover assistance (10-20% of time), misc (10-20% of time)Why Particle Control RocksEnjoy the comradery of a small, family-owned company.
