We are united in our commitment to deliver expertise and unparalleled service and look forward to adding team members who align with our values of trust, service, excellence, and performance.About the roleWe are seeking an experienced Client Service Manager to support our relationship management teams by executing administrative and operational activities related to client investment, trust & estate administration, fiduciary, and advisory services. This is a client-focused role requiring attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.What you'll doExecute day-to-day account servicing tasks including wires, fund transfers, bill payment, cash movement, gift processing, documentation, and account openings/closures.Prepare client meeting materials, account reports, and presentation packages.Maintain accurate and complete client records across all servicing systems.Collaborate with relationship managers and operations to ensure requests are completed accurately and efficiently.Prepare account opening documents and obtain necessary approvals and legal materials.Gain deep knowledge of internal systems and online tools to support servicing activities.Continuously seek ways to improve service delivery and streamline internal processes.QualificationsBachelors degree in business or equivalent; 2-3 years of experience in financial services or client servicing preferred.Prior experience with investment, trust & estate, or advisory services strongly preferred.Series 65 license required.Skills & AttributesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.Detail-oriented and proactive with strong follow-through.Comfortable working across teams and communicating with internal partners.Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.Why Join Us?
