Position Overview The Executive Support & Client Relations Coordinator plays a key role in delivering a high-touch, client-centered experience aligned with our clients' commitment to transparency, trust, and proactive financial planning. The Executive Support & Client Relations Coordinator serves as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication, exceptional service, and strong relationship management throughout the client journey. Our client believes building lasting relationships and providing clarity around complex financial matters is central to everything they do. Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through consistent communication and follow-up Coordinate and schedule client meetings, reviews, and check-ins Assist advisors with client onboarding, including data collection and account setup Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within CRM systems Prepare client meeting materials, reports, and documentation Ensure timely follow-through on client requests and service needs Support the implementation and ongoing servicing of financial plans Collaborate with internal team members and external partners (e.g., CPAs, attorneys) as needed Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive financial information Core Competencies Relationship-building and client engagement Communication and responsiveness Organization and time management Problem-solving and adaptability #J-18808-Ljbffr
