Come be a part of an exciting journey at Daikin Applied, where innovation and excellence drive our every endeavor!Location: Marietta, GA - HybridYour Responsibilities:Supports the sales function by assisting with quote preparation and proposal.Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of project and arranges for recruitment or assignment of project personnel as required/necessarySupervises the preparation of plans and specifications for the design/installation of solutions in buildings and institutionsReviews project proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of projectConfers with project staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authorityCoordinates project activities with activities of government regulatory or other governmental agenciesPrepares sub-contractor request for quotations (RFQ) including scope statements, plans and milestone dates, specs, bonding requirements, and billing schedule of valuesPlans and analyzes assigned projects, establishes schedules and project parameters and sets procedures to accomplish system objectives, involving complex contracting applicationsExamines and reviews contracts and estimates by performing risk analysis and developing risk plansReview status reports prepared by project personnel and modify schedules or plans as requiredEstablishes a professional relationship with the customer and interfaces constantly to maintain accurate status reports and project reviewsPrepares sub-contractor request for quotation's (RFQ) including: scope statements; plans and milestone dates; specs; bonding requirements; and billing schedule of valuesConfer with project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problemsEstablishes fulfillment budget for assigned projects by revising the original estimate based on validated project scopeYour Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience6-8+ years of Project Management experienceCommercial HVAC industry experienceExperience in design-build or plan-and-spec project management (preferred)Professional Engineering or Project Management Certificate (preferred)Your Benefits:Daikin Applied offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements:Non-logoed company vehicle with most expenses paidMultiple medical insurance plan options + dental and vision insurance401K retirement plan with employer matchPaid time off and company paid holidaysPaid sick time in accordance with the federal, state and local lawTuition Reimbursement after 6 months of continuous serviceWork visa sponsorship is not available for this positionThe typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $100,800 to $$166,700 plus annual bonus in Georgia. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls.
