Here, you will engage in hands-on, full-cycle operation experience that builds a strong foundation for a dynamic and globally career at Delta.Key ResponsibilitiesIn response to Industry 4.0 and digital transformation, the Delta Smart Manufacturing team is looking for Technologists in the fields of Automation, IoT, AI, IT, and PM to promote global smart manufacturing projects and propose solutions to meet the needs of different factories.Minimum QualificationMaster's degree and above in Electronics Electrical, Telecom Communication, Computer Science & Information Management, Mechanical Automation, Industrial Engineering and Management, Business Administration, and Statistics or a related field.Proficient in Mandarin and English.English Proficiency both written and speaking is required.Preferred QualificationsFrequent business travel and comfortable working in different locations.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across both technical and non-technical teams and present complex information clearly and concisely.Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Willing to rotate overseas in the future.
