Apply via Dice today!Job Title: Manager Electric Operations Strategy Job ID: 26-02306 Location: Bay Area, CA (Hybrid Local Candidates Only) Duration: 12 months on W2 contractSeeking a strategic operations leader to manage and support high-impact Electric Operations initiatives focused on wildfire risk reduction, climate adaptation, operational efficiency, and utility strategy execution.Key Responsibilities:Lead strategic initiatives, pilots, and operational programsManage cross-functional coordination across operations, technical, and business teamsSupport project planning, governance, budgeting, forecasting, and risk managementTrack project deliverables, resolve issues, and provide leadership updatesCoordinate field activities and stakeholder communicationsRequired Qualifications:6 8 years of experience in strategy, operations, program, or portfolio managementBachelor s degree or equivalent experienceStrong project/program management and cross-functional leadership skillsExcellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilitiesExperience managing multiple initiatives in matrixed environmentsPreferred:Experience in wildfire, forestry, climate, or utility operationsPMP Certification preferredHybrid role with occasional travel to Bay Area office locations.Compensation: The hourly rate for this position is between $109.00-$113.00 per hour.Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include [geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate].
