At Tenaris, you will join a global network of professionals working together toward a common goal: shape the future of energy through advanced tubular products and services.If you want to become part of a diverse team that values results, analytical approach to problem solving and teamwork, Tenaris is the place for you.Position: Maintenance Engineering Senior Specialist (multiple positions)Entity/Department: Tenaris Bay City, Inc.Location: Bay City, TXMAIN RESPONSIBILITES:• Evaluate machine performance in order to: identify failure causes and propose corrective and preventive actions.• Ensure the availability of spare parts and materials with an optimized stock level.• Propose and manage the area Master Plan for the solution of critical and chronic problems.• Assist the base maintenance supervisors from a technical perspective in the analysis and solution of highly complex issues.• Ensure the development and optimization of maintenance preventive methods to reduce maintenance workload.• Carry out asset reliability analysis when a more detailed study is required.• Provide specialized training for technicians and engineers.• Define and implement automation projects based on the reliability, cost, safety, health, and environment.• Develop automation projects from the project concept, electric diagram, network topology, PLC and HMI software, loops control modeling and implementation.• Ensure project execution according to project schedule and best practices in accordance with PMI (Project Management Institute).• Ensure project control in terms of cost, quality and deadlines, through project coordination and team leadership.Minimum Qualifications• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or closely related field.• Five (5) years of experience in a related occupation in the manufacturing industry performing each of the following: developing automation projects utilizing tools including Iba PDA and Analyzer, Java Script, SQL, PowerBI, Studio 5000, Rslogix5000, Sigmatic Manager and TIA portal; ensuring project completion utilizing SAP and MSProject; and designing electrical diagrams utilizing AutoCAD.• Special Requirement: Up to 10% domestic and international travel required to other Tenaris sites.To apply, please visit https://www.tenaris.com/en/careers and reference job requisition: 130182 .Thank you for your interest.Visit our Careers PageFollow us on LinkedInFollow us on GlassdoorLike us on FacebookFollow us on Instagram
