JOB DESCRIPTIONTitle: Customer Service Coordinator IILocation: Onsite 1 Riverfront Plaza, Corning, NY 14831Duration: 12 Months Contract (W2 Contract)Position SummaryClient is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator II to support domestic and international customer operations within a fast-paced corporate environment. This role focuses on customer service, order management, logistics coordination, shipment tracking, invoice support, and cross-functional communication.ResponsibilitiesManage customer orders and ensure accurate order processing using SAP and PeopleSoftSupport shipment coordination, logistics activities, and tracking for domestic and international customersCoordinate with internal teams including Logistics, Shipping, Finance, QA, and SalesMonitor open orders, shipment reports, and delivery schedulesRespond to customer inquiries related to orders, shipments, and product informationMaintain customer profiles, buying agreements, invoices, credits/rebates, and related documentationSupport reporting, RFQs, and process improvement activitiesRequired QualificationsAssociate degree or equivalent work experience2+ years of customer service or corporate environment experienceStrong communication, multitasking, and organizational skillsExperience with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, SharePoint, and ExcelDetail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilitiesExperience with SAP or PeopleSoft preferredPreferred BackgroundOrder management, logistics, shipment coordination, or customer operations experienceExperience supporting domestic and international customersManufacturing or Optical Fiber industry experience is a plusAdditional InformationOnsite role in Corning, NYMinimal travel requiredFast-paced, team-oriented work environment
