The Home Health Aide/Caregiver will assist clients with daily activities such as personal care, grooming, and mobility support. Responsibilities will include helping with meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and companionship. The Home Health Aide/Caregiver will provide compassionate care in accordance with each individual client's needs.QualificationsExperience in Home Care and supporting patients with Activities of Daily LivingSkills in Patient Care and providing Personal Care with respect and professionalismStrong Communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and the care teamAbility to follow care plans accurately and maintain confidentialityReliable transportation and a valid driver's licensePrevious experience in caregiving, healthcare, or related roles is advantageous
