Our team is committed to delivering quality and exceeding expectations across a variety of projects.Position: CarpenterWe are looking for an experienced Carpenter to join our team.This role is hands-on and essential to our work. Our carpenters are responsible for executing the day-to-day tasks that move projects forward and ensure everything is built correctly, cleanly, and to a high standard. If you take pride in your work and care about doing things the right way, this is a strong fit.Candidates must be based in the Triangle area and able to commute to job sites throughout the area. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and protect job sites before work beginsMaintain a clean, organized workspace throughout the projectPerform demolition as needed, including removal of finishes, cabinets, and wallsComplete framing work (both structural and non-structural)Install doors, windows, trim, and other finish carpentry elementsInstall hooks, holders, mirrors, etcAddress final punch list items to ensure projects are completed properlyKeep a daily record of work completedFollow company standards, systems, and expectationsQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentDrivers License Minimum of 3 years of residential construction experienceStrong working knowledge of carpentry tools and equipmentAbility to read measurements and execute work accuratelyAttention to detail and commitment to qualityProblem-solving skills and ability to adapt on siteClear communication with team members and clientsMust have reliable transportationPhysical RequirementsThis position requires:Lifting and carrying materialsStanding and moving for extended periodsBending, climbing, and working in various positions throughout the dayWhat We ValueAt Built By Wade, we care about:Doing clean, high-quality workShowing up consistently and being accountablePaying attention to details others might overlookTaking pride in the finished product
