In-home Traveler Physician (Full-Time) - New York

Signify Health, part of CVS Health, is seeking a Full-time Physician to provide In-Home Health Evaluations, engaging with people in the comfort of their own homes and helping bridge gaps in care. In this role, you'll be primarily traveling - up to 100% of the time - across a defined coverage area, as defined by business needs. This may require overnight hotel stays, car rentals and/or flights, depending on the prescribed coverage area. Holding multiple state licenses will be required, as dictated by business needs.You'll play a critical role in building trusted relationships to make people healthier, helping bring flexible, comprehensive and personalized health evaluations right to people's front doors.Job highlightsThe visit, which lasts about 45 minutes, allows for time to connect one-on-one and answer health questions. It includes a medication and medical history review, a physical evaluation, and, if ordered by the person's health plan, additional diagnostic tests (i.e., diabetic eye exams, spirometry, etc.). Travel is a key component-including car, train, and air travel-with overnight stays required for visiting various markets.Please note: Our concierge-style Network Activation team will support you in obtaining, renewing, enrolling or verifying additional state licensure in new states (as business needs exist).This pay range represents the base pay for each In-Home Health Evaluation (and associated visit) completed by a physician. The number of In-Home Health Evaluations (and associated visits) completed per day may vary. Pay is dependent on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant criteria. This position is eligible for other reimbursement opportunities, including pay per completed Diagnostic and Preventative Services (DPS), as ordered, in addition to the base pay listed above.
