Our busy, well-established team of 8 providers (4 physicians and 4 APPs) is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who thrives in a collaborative yet autonomous environment.In this role, you?ll be an integral part of our practice, delivering high-quality care to an assigned patient panel while benefiting from the convenience of on-site lab and radiology services . We value providers who are independent, efficient, and dedicated to building strong patient relationships.What You?ll DoProvide comprehensive patient care, including evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and education.Coordinate care and communicate effectively with nursing staff, collaborating physicians, and specialists.Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently in our EMR.Your ScheduleOur practice offers extended weekday and weekend hours, with a schedule designed for balance and variety:3 shifts : 8:00 AM ? 4:30 PM1 shift : 12:00 PM ? 7:00 PM1 shift : 8:00 AM ? 12:00 PM1 Saturday per month : 9:00 AM ? 3:00 PMQualificationsMinimum 2 years of family practice experience (preferred).Current Virginia NP or PA license .Strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and ability to work independently.Team-oriented with a positive, patient-focused approach.Why Join Us?We believe in rewarding excellence.
