Territory Manager (Outside Sales), Industrial Paint Equipment Sales (Washington)

What we are hiring: Territory Manager (Outside Sales) to cover routes in the state of Washington. $70k-80K base+incentives(commission) and experience in industry. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES / DUTIES: Prospect and win new accounts. Grow sales within assigned territory and key accounts. Conduct consultative sales meetings with decision-makers. Maintain strong knowledge of products and applications. Execute and track sales activities that drive results. Qualify opportunities and close sales. WHO WE ARE LOOKING TO HIRE: Sales professional with 3–5 years of sales experience (minimum 1 year in paint or paint equipment sales preferred) Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas. Strong relationship builder who can grow and manage accounts. Mechanically inclined with the ability to learn technical finishing equipment. Comfortable selling to industrial customers (manufacturing, transportation, wood finishing, military, marine, or similar). Willing and able to travel within the assigned territory (reliable vehicle required; mileage reimbursed). Results-driven, accountable, and competitive with a strong work ethic.
