This role is about discipline, dependability, and precision-not reinventing systems.You'll handle daily accounting functions that keep our operation balanced and on schedule, ensuring every transaction, reconciliation, and report reflects the integrity we're known for.If you stay calm under deadlines, thrive on structure, and find satisfaction in clean, accurate work, you'll fit right in here.ResponsibilitiesProcess approximately 100+ incoming invoices per week with accuracy and consistencyGenerate and manage outgoing customer invoicesTrack and update accounting KPIs to support leadership insightPrepare and verify Driver Pay Settlement Reports before payrollPost and reconcile ACH and credit card paymentsAssist in month-end close and general ledger reconciliationsSet up new vendors and customers in accounting softwareReconcile and resolve invoice discrepancies, rebills, and creditsProvide coverage and support for the Accounting Manager as neededPrepare custom accounting and financial reports as requestedWhat Makes You a Great FitSystem thinker: You enjoy structured work, clean data, and repeatable accuracyProblem solver: You like to understand root causes and fix issues correctlyTeam player: You support others and help keep operations running smoothlyContinuous learner: You look for ways to improve tools, processes, and outcomesQualificationsRequired:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field3-6+ years of accounting experienceStrong knowledge of GAAPExperience with:Month-end and year-end closeFinancial statement preparationGeneral ledger managementAccount reconciliationsAdvanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft OfficeStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsClear written and verbal communication skillsAbility to prioritize in a fast-paced environmentPreferredMaster's in Accounting or MBACPA or CMAPublic accounting experience (Big 4 or regional firms)Experience with NetSuiteFamiliarity with Triumph Pay or transportation industry accounting
