Senior Data Scientist

Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist with strong expertise in Python, Data Engineering, NLP model evaluation, and Feature Store technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building scalable ML pipelines, evaluating ranking/search models, and working within modern cloud-native data ecosystems, preferably on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).This role requires deep analytical capabilities, strong experimentation knowledge, and experience working closely with Data Engineering, ML Engineering, and Product teams to deliver production-grade AI/ML solutions.Required Qualifications5+ years of experience in Data Science / Machine Learning EngineeringStrong hands-on coding experience in PythonExperience working with large-scale distributed data processing frameworks:PySparkDataflowStrong knowledge of NLP model evaluation techniquesExperience with ranking/search/recommendation systemsStrong understanding of:nDCGMRRA/B testing methodologiesExperience implementing Feature Stores using Feast or TectonExperience working in GCP environmentsStrong SQL and data modeling skillsExperience with CI/CD and ML pipeline orchestration is a plus
