Senior Manager of Policy Programs

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Policy and Programs. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of work in the Policy and Programs department, including research and stakeholder engagement Oversee the New England Heat Pump Accelerator project and facilitate collaboration among stakeholders Develop policy resources and assess stakeholder needs to promote heat pump adoption in the region Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience in energy efficiency, project management, and stakeholder engagement, with at least one year in a managerial role Advanced degree preferred but not required Subject matter expertise in energy efficiency programs, building decarbonization policies, or heating electrification Ability to manage budgets and complex multi-year grant proposals Experience in developing strategic program initiatives that align with organizational goals
