Sr. Software Engineer, Ruby on Rails

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Software Engineer, Ruby on Rails to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.This role will drive technical execution across full-stack development while helping shape architecture and engineering standards for a distributed team. The position blends hands-on Ruby on Rails and React development with thoughtful collaboration across product and business partners. You will also contribute to system performance, API design, and the adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices.
