Duties/ResponsibilitiesWe are actively hiring:

Duties/Responsibilities Cont.Essential Functions:
Depending on your role and level, responsibilities may include:
Supporting project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
Managing subcontractors, vendors, and project resources
Tracking project costs, change orders, RFIs, and submittals
Coordinating field operations with superintendents and trade teams
Maintaining project schedules and ensuring milestone completion
Managing client relationships and internal communication
Leading teams and driving successful project delivery
Ensuring quality, safety, and contract compliance throughout all project phases
QualificationsQualified candidates should have:
Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial MEP construction, or project management
Strong understanding of commercial construction processes, schedules, budgets, and contracts
Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and project documents
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proficiency with construction management and scheduling software preferred
Leadership experience preferred for Project Manager and Senior Project Manager roles
Valid driver’s license
