Change Manager- Remote

Overview In this role, you will establish reusable change assets and scalable processes within Power Generation’s Adoption and Sustainment team to transform enterprise change management. You will support projects across wind, solar and fossil fleets with a strong technology focus, including AI, automation and data integration. You will apply data analysis and lean six sigma to optimize outcomes while leveraging your soft skills to collaborate across teams.
