In this pivotal role, you will spearhead project teams through all phases of product engineering, crafting cutting-edge designs that light the way for our future. Key Responsibilities: Safety & Quality: Adhere to all safety procedures and ensure that quality guidelines are consistently met throughout the manufacturing process. Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional Product Development Teams to design, maintain, and enhance headlamp products. Coordinate Design Failure Mode Effects Analysis (DFMEA) for new and revised products. Develop and update project timelines, communicating progress to stakeholders. Product Development: Execute the New Product Introduction (NPI) process seamlessly. Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to align project requirements with customer needs. Generate Design Verification Plans and Reports for new and revised products. Documentation & Communication: Ensure all new product designs are fully documented and manage Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) as necessary. Create bills of materials, cost analyses, and product designs to facilitate efficient production. Team Support: Work closely with factory personnel and customer service to ensure smooth implementation of new designs. Liaise with vendors and customers to discuss and refine product specifications. What We’re Looking For: Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BSEE, BSME, or higher). Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Project Management role, preferably in product development. Skills & Competencies: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage at all organizational levels. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail. Proficient in blueprint reading and skilled in creating impactful presentations. Personal Attributes: A results-oriented team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to process improvement. Capable of working under pressure with a strong sense of urgency. Why Join Us?
