These contract roles will be instrumental in guiding projects from initial investment request through charter development, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and regulatory expectations.This is a **hands-on role** requiring strong execution capabilities, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of commercial banking operations.**Key Responsibilities:**+ Lead projects through the **Technology Investment Request (TIR)** process to formal charter approval.+ Facilitate **discovery** , **cost analysis** , and **project scoping** in partnership with business and technology teams.+ Manage multiple concurrent initiatives across:+ Lending+ Deposits+ Payments+ Online banking platforms+ Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project documentation, estimates, and governance requirements.+ Support the enterprise change framework and strategic execution standards.**Required Qualifications:**+ 4-10 years of experience as a **Project Manager** in **commercial banking** or financial services.+ Proven ability to lead complex projects independently in a fast-paced environment.+ Strong analytical skills, including cost modeling and business case development.+ Familiarity with **Salesforce** , **loan origination systems** , and digital banking platforms is a plus.+ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.If this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
