Job Description
Summary:We are seeking a Program Manager to join our team located in Davie, FL!The Program Manager will assist in the planning, coordination, execution, monitoring, and closure of project activities across cross-functional teams. The position will support project schedules, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, reporting, stakeholder communication, and issue resolution while applying established project management methodologies to help ensure projects are delivered within scope and budget.Duties and Responsibilities:Assist in the planning and execution of project lifecycles, including developing project schedules, timelines, and task plans.Coordinate project activities across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and identify potential delays or issues for escalation.Apply established project management methodologies to support project execution and delivery.Support budget tracking, resource allocation, and cost control efforts to ensure projects remain within scope and budget.Collect and analyze project data to prepare status reports and updates for management.Communicate regularly with stakeholders to ensure clarity on deliverables, timelines, and expectations.Assist in resolving project-related issues by coordinating with relevant departments and implementing predefined solutions.Support project closure activities, including documentation, reporting, and transition to operational teams.Perform other related duties requiring the application of specialized knowledge in project and program coordination.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Project Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a closely related field, and (5) years of progressively responsible experience in project management; OR Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Project Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a closely related field, and (2) years of experience in project management.Experience applying project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in a technical or operational environment.Experience utilizing project tracking and reporting tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or similar).Experience performing data analysis to support project decision-making.Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation activities.Must be Lean Six Sigma White Bet Certified.Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this position.\nCompany DescriptionKUS Americas Inc. is the pioneering and leading global designer and manufacturer of AdBlue/Diesel Emission Fluid level senders, diesel/fuel/water level senders, and gauge instrumentation.
