Learn more at experianplc.com.Job DescriptionThe Lead Mailroom Associate will support Mail & Data Imaging processes by preparing incoming mail, scanning documents and entering data on system. You will work on site for the role, and report to the Northeast Regional Manager.You WillTravel between local sites to support mailroom operations, using a personal vehicle; mileage will be reimbursed.Sort, open and prep incoming physical mail based on states, document categories, and designated prioritiesOrganize mail for logical and efficient scanning and processingScan documents for both data entry and other teams, sending scanner output to the appropriate foldersManipulate scanned files, moving to appropriate teams and electronic drivesOrganize and store processed mail following our retention policyBatch files for data entry, maintaining accurate records of prepared and completed batchesElectronically record data by operating our data entry program, extracting important pieces of information, and entering on systemFocus on accuracy, quality, efficiency and data protectionQualifications3+ years of general office experienceValid driver's licenseAbility to travel between work locations as part of daily responsibilitiesAccess to reliable transportation to perform essential job responsibilitiesExperience using Adobe, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Teams) and Remote DesktopProficiency with office machinesFamiliarity with electronic drives and folder structuresAbility to lift 50 lbsAdditional InformationOur uniqueness is that we celebrate yours.
