Work Authorization: H1B (No C2C)Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled professional with expertise in both Camunda BPM and Java development to deliver process automation solutions that support critical business operations. This role involves developing workflow-centric applications, integrating enterprise systems, and contributing to scalable digital transformation initiatives.What You'll Be Responsible ForCreate and manage end-to-end business process automation solutions using the Camunda platform.Develop high-quality backend components and services leveraging Java technologies and the Spring ecosystem.Work closely with functional teams to evaluate business challenges and design efficient workflow-based solutions.Establish and maintain integrations between process automation platforms, APIs, and enterprise applications.Identify performance bottlenecks, resolve production issues, and improve overall system reliability.Participate in solution design discussions and contribute to Agile project execution from development through deployment.Skills & QualificationsPractical experience implementing workflow automation using Camunda BPM, including process modeling and orchestration.Strong software engineering background with hands-on expertise in Java/J2EE and Spring Boot.Understanding of distributed application development and service-oriented or microservices-based architectures.Experience consuming and exposing RESTful services for application and system integration.Ability to diagnose technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and deliver effective resolutions.Professional Experience6 to 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with a significant focus on Java application development.Proven experience working on workflow automation or business process management initiatives.Exposure to collaborative development environments involving business users, technical teams, and Agile methodologies.Preferred ExperienceFamiliarity with Camunda 8 and modern workflow orchestration platforms.Experience supporting enterprise-scale applications and integration projects.
