Responsibilities: - Assemble and package various radiology medical products in accordance with established quality standards - Perform rework and inspection on products to ensure compliance with quality requirements - Identify defects and maintain awareness of quality standards throughout the production process - Record and capture data related to product quality and traceability - Complete all associated paperwork accurately and in a timely manner - Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment - Participate in cross-training opportunities to broaden skillset and support the shift team - Collaborate with team members to problem-solve challenges and enhance overall team capabilities - Adhere to guiding principles of safety, quality, and customer focus in all tasks Skills: - Entry-level math skills, including adding and subtracting - Basic reading and comprehension skills - Strong hand-eye coordination and keen attention to detail - Effective verbal and written communication skills - Ability to adapt quickly to fast-paced and changing work environments - Sound judgment and a commitment to continuous improvement - Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills - Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to delivering high-quality products Experience: - Minimum of 1 year of general work experience required - 3 to 6 months of assembly experience in a manufacturing environment preferred - Prior experience in medical device manufacturing is a plus Qualifications: - High School Diploma or GED preferred This is a truly rewarding opportunity to contribute to the healthcare field by playing a direct role in the production of life-improving medical devices.
