Experienced Estate Planning Probate Attorney
This role is designed for an attorney who is ready to take full ownership of estate planning and probate matters while operating within a structured, team-driven environment. You will manage client matters from initial consultation through completion, serve as a primary point of contact for clients, and ensure that work is executed at a consistently high level. In addition to handling your own caseload, you will play a key role in stabilizing the team by supporting junior attorneys and collaborating closely with experienced paralegals. This is not a siloed role. Success here requires balancing independent judgment with adherence to firm systems and contributing to a practice that is actively being refined.
