As a Multiple Launch Rocket System (MLRS) Crewmember, you play a vital role in maintaining "the rocket's red glare." The MLRS is a highly specialized system, using different pieces of equipment, and is operated by a team of professionals. Then, you'll attend Advanced Individual Training for four weeks to learn specifics of your chosen specialty. Part of this time is spent in the classroom and part in a field environment.
