Your Leadership Mission
Provide medical leadership and oversee case management
Mentor and develop associate DVMs and support staff
Establish medical protocols and ensure quality standards
Collaborate with the Hospital Manager to drive financial performance, operations, and compliance
Drive community engagement and client loyalty
Foster a positive, team-oriented workplace
Culture & Work Hours
Collaboration first: we work together as a cohesive unit, sharing cases and supporting each other
Work-life balance: 4x10-hour shifts/week, including only 1-2 Saturdays per month
