Project Manager – Site Security, CCTV, Access Controls, Risk - Remote - Europe
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of a Security Risk Reduction program. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of site-specific deployment plans, ensuring that each site’s security risks are properly assessed and mitigated.This will be an initial 12 months+ contract with the opportunity for extensions until the end of 2027.The position can be worked remotely from Europe.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end project management for CCTV and access control deployments across assigned regional sites, with a strong focus on improving site security and reducing risk exposure.Partner with regional IT-based audio, video, and control system teams and commercial site stakeholders to assess site-specific security risks and develop tailored implementation plans.Ensure security-by-design principles are embedded into all deployment activities.Collaborate closely with Security and Digital & Technology teams to align on technical standards, system architecture, and integration requirements.Coordinate with appointed system integrators to ensure delivery meets scope, timelines, quality standards, and security objectives.Track project progress, manage risks and issues, and report on milestones and deliverables.Drive consistency with global security standards while adapting solutions to address regional and site-specific risk profiles.Support stakeholder engagement and communication across multiple functions and geographies, advocating for strong security practices.Contribute to continuous improvement of site security posture through lessons learned and best practice sharing.
