You will work closely with Celerity leadership and Bain’s Pricing Center of Excellence to lead pricing projects across industries and client contexts. WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAMAs a Director within Celerity, you will lead complex pricing engagements that help clients improve revenue performance and commercial effectiveness. You will oversee pricing analyses, guide consulting teams, lead client discussions, and help scale Celerity’s pricing methodologies, tools, and delivery capabilities. WHAT YOU’LL DOLead pricing projects, including scoping workstreams, structuring analyses, overseeing execution, and driving client deliverablesTranslate qualitative and quantitative findings into pricing strategy recommendations and executive-level insightsManage and coach Expert Pricing Consultants and broader pricing teamsLead client discussions, workshops, and presentationsBuild strong relationships with client stakeholders across pricing, finance, sales, and sales operations functionsContribute to scalable methodologies, tools, automation initiatives, and pricing intellectual property developmentABOUT YOURequired QualificationsDeep expertise in pricing strategy and revenue optimizationStrong analytical and structured problem-solving skillsExperience leading pricing or commercial strategy engagementsExperience managing analysts, consultants, or distributed teamsStrong communication and presentation capabilitiesAbility to connect pricing analytics to broader commercial strategy decisionsDemonstrated ability to structure complex pricing problems and translate data-driven insights into actionable recommendationsExperience leading client updates and stakeholder discussionsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience5+ years of consulting pricing experienceProfessional proficiency in EnglishPreferred QualificationsMBA or advanced degree strongly preferredPrior business consulting experienceStrong proficiency in analytics, data manipulation, and visualization toolsExperience with Python, R, SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, and/or PowerBIExperience working with large commercial transaction datasetsWORK MODEL / TRAVELThis role follows a hybrid model, requiring in-office presence at least three days per week. Travel requirements may vary based on client and business needs.U.S. COMPENSATION INFORMATIONCompensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, 401(k) plan with an annual employer contribution based on years of service and Bain’s best in class benefits package (details listed below).Some local governments in the United States require a good-faith, reasonable salary range to be included in job postings for open roles.
