We are currently filling the following direct-hire job for our client.Job Title: Manager OCM - Global Process Integration & OptimizationOverview: Join a forward-thinking organization as the Manager of Organizational Change Management (OCM) for a critical global process transformation initiative. This high-impact role is designed for a strategic leader with deep expertise in process redesign, operating model change, and manufacturing environments. You will spearhead change management strategies to enable successful adoption of process improvements, digital platforms, and enterprise transformations across regions, cultures, and functions. Your leadership will be instrumental in delivering operational excellence, sustainable behavioral change, and enterprise-wide alignment, ensuring the full value realization of complex initiatives.Required Skills:10+ years of experience leading organizational change in large-scale, global transformationsProven track record supporting end-to-end process integration, ERP, digital transformations, and operating model changesDeep expertise in change management methodologies (Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter, Agile Change)Strong manufacturing/process redesign background with ERP experienceExceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skillsAbility to translate complex system and process changes into clear, role-based impactsData-driven approach to change readiness, adoption, and effectivenessBachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferredNice to Have Skills:Experience with global process harmonization, shared services, or digital platform rolloutsCertification in change management (Prosci, PMP, Lean/Six Sigma)Background in LEAN/Six Sigma and Agile methodologiesExperience working across multiple geographies and culturesAbility to influence without direct authority in a matrixed environmentPreferred Education and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field; Master’s degree preferred8-10 years of relevant experience with a focus on manufacturing, operations, or enterprise process redesignPrior experience supporting ERP implementations and digital transformations in manufacturing environmentsMinimum of 8 years in OCM roles supporting large-scale global initiativesMissionStaff is an equal opportunity employer.
