Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Abbeville, SC, for a Maintenance Manager. The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing maintenance operations, ensuring optimal functioning of equipment, and implementing preventive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime. Key responsibilities include supervising maintenance staff, managing maintenance schedules, handling equipment repairs, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment. Monitoring compliance with safety regulations and collaborating with other departments to support operational success are essential aspects of this role. Qualifications Proficiency in Maintenance Management and PlanningStrong expertise in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive MaintenanceHands-on experience in Maintenance and Repair processesProven ability in Supervisory Skills, leading maintenance teams, and managing schedules effectivelyStrong understanding of safety protocols and regulatory complianceExcellent problem-solving and organizational skillsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field (preferred)Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is an advantage
