Associate Attorneys-- Insurance Coverage

Our North Dallas law firm is seeking a full-time a full-time Insurance Coverage Associate.The Insurance Coverage Associate should have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in evaluation of coverage in personal lines and commercial policies. The ideal candidate will be a motivated, self-starter who possesses the ability to work independently and as part of a team, in a fun, collaborative environment. The candidate must demonstrate a commitment to providing the highest quality client service, be detail oriented, be able to identify and resolve problems promptly, and be conscientious concerning work completion and deadlines.Responsibilities & Requirements:· Strong research and persuasive legal writing skills required· Evaluate and analyze facts and provide legal analysis· Render opinions on coverage· Develop defense strategies for motion practice and discovery· Draft pleadings, motions and discovery for declaratory judgment actions· Demonstrated ability to work with clients and consistently meet or exceed expectations· Excellent communication skills in order to effectively convey case strategies and legal argumentsCandidate must possess a J.D. degree from an accredited law school and be a member in good standing with the State Bar of Texas.We offer a comprehensive benefits package including Medical, dental, vision insurance, employer paid life and disability insurance, 401K with employer match, free parking and paid time off.
