The Opportunity The Senior Account Executive is responsible for expanding Think's footprint within the interim and executive staffing market by developing strategic client relationships and delivering high-caliber talent solutions aligned to organizational priorities. This role requires a thoughtful, consultative approach—partnering with clients to understand business objectives, diagnose talent needs, and deliver solutions that drive meaningful impact. You will build and manage your own portfolio of clients while leading engagements from initial scoping through successful placement. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports, offering significant autonomy and the opportunity to shape both client outcomes and revenue growth. How You'll ContributeDevelop and cultivate strategic client relationships, positioning Think as a trusted advisor in interim and executive talent solutionsIdentify and pursue new business opportunities through a consultative, insight-driven approachLead end-to-end engagement management, from opportunity development and role scoping through candidate placementPartner with clients to define leadership requirements, success profiles, and organizational context for each engagementExecute targeted search strategies, including candidate identification, assessment, and presentationEngage and influence senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives and HR leadershipDeliver a high-touch client experience, ensuring alignment, transparency, and quality throughout the search processContribute market intelligence and insights on talent trends, availability, and competitive landscapeMaintain a disciplined approach to pipeline management, forecasting, and performance tracking Role Requirements8–10+ years of experience in executive search, interim staffing, or agency-based recruiting/sales ( prior agency/staffing experience required)Demonstrated success operating in a full-desk or 360 model, with ownership of both client development and search executionProven ability to engage and influence senior-level stakeholders, including VP and C-suite executivesStrong consultative mindset, with the ability to translate complex business needs into tailored talent solutionsTrack record of delivering high-quality placements within executive or specialized staffing environmentsHigh level of professionalism, discretion, and executive presenceStrong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skillsAbility to operate independently while managing multiple concurrent engagementsWhat You'll Get at Think This is a full-time position with a base salary range of $80,000 – $100,000, plus a standard commission plan.
