This role involves documenting critical business progressions, creating reports and high-level presentations, and collaborating across departments to maximize B2B customer satisfaction. Operating within a fast-paced environment, the successful candidate will also assist in strategic reporting for Senior Leadership and Global HQ in Korea.Key ResponsibilitiesProject & Administrative Support: Provide end-to-end project support, including documenting project progression, generating detailed reports, creating executive PowerPoint presentations, and writing concise meeting recaps.Reporting & Global Liaison: Play a supporting role in preparing strategic reports and business updates for Senior Leadership and the Global HQ office in Korea.Service Process Improvement: Review service plans and actively develop/improve B2B service processes to align with and exceed B2B customers' expectations.Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Foster seamless cross-departmental collaboration to resolve issues and deliver exceptional B2B customer satisfaction.Strategic Alignment: Apply strategic thinking and collaborative preparation to support the team’s targets and organizational goals.Qualifications & RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Systems Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in administrative support and project management.Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Core Competencies: Demonstrated project and program management skills with a proven ability to plan, coordinate, and successfully execute projects and events. Strong analytical skills, a self-driven fast learning mindset, and the ability to thrive and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Relationship Management: Ability to build effective relationships, influence stakeholders, and collaborate seamlessly both internally and externally at all organizational levels.
