Job DescriptionAdams & Martin Group is excited to partner with a highly regarded boutique law firm in Carlsbad seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant to join their team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a proactive, detail - driven legal professional with 3+ years of litigation experience who thrives in a collaborative, client - focused environment.Litigation Legal Assistant Key Responsibilities:Serve as a professional and welcoming first point of contact; handle incoming calls and assist clients both in person and by phoneProvide comprehensive administrative support, including filing, copying, organizing documents, and data entryEnter, track, and maintain accurate information within internal document management systemsManage attorney calendars and coordinate meetings, appointments, and deadlines using Microsoft OutlookPrepare and assemble estate planning binders/booksSupport attorneys with probate matters and discovery - related tasks (no e - filing required)Draft and initiate basic discovery documents (preferred but not required)Successfully multitask and prioritize in a fast - paced, client - facing environmentUtilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook) and Adobe AcrobatApply general legal administrative knowledge to assist with day - to - day workflowPlease submit your resume in MS Word format for immediate and confidential consideration.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
