For more info, visit www.cejn.seAbout The RoleAs Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with distributors and OEM customers across your assigned region, while identifying new opportunities to expand CEJN’s market presence. You’ll also be responsible for providing distributors with product training, technical support, and sales resources. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and robust experience in key account management or distribution sales. This role is based out of Houston, TX, and reports directly to the President of CEJN North America. Travel of up to 50% is to be expected.Your responsibilities include:Manage and strengthen relationships with existing distributors and key customersIdentify and establish new OEM customers to expand CEJN’s market reachDrive regional sales targets and performance goalsConduct regular face-to-face customer and distributor visits to support sales efforts and resolve issuesProvide product training, technical guidance, and sales support to distributors and customersAct as the regional link between the US sales branch and CEJN headquartersDevelop and execute regional market action plansCollaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product management) to provide distributors with relevant tools and resourcesMonitor competitor activity and market trends to identify risks and opportunitiesUphold company values, mission, and visionWhat We Expect from YouYour Work Experience, Education, Skills:A bachelor’s degree is preferred Min. 5 years of experience in key account management or distributor sales, preferably in hydraulic systems and/or compressed air and wind power & energy segments Technical background in hydraulics and high-pressure hydraulic systems, compressed air, and industrial components is highly preferredStrong ability to build long-term customer and distributor relationshipsExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently while managing multiple accounts and prioritiesProficiency in MS Office 365 suite and various business software (e.g., ERP, CRM) What We OfferAn excellent team-focused work environment with huge visibility for your efforts, along with personal developmentAn opportunity to be a part of a truly innovative and forward-thinking international company A competitive salary plus a performance-based bonus and incentivesExcellent benefits including PTO, health care insurance, 401 K, company car or travel allowance
