As a Maintenance Technician (2nd Shift) , your work directly impacts safety, efficiency, and product quality—ensuring reliable operations that support millions of customers worldwide.What You’ll Do Perform preventive and reactive maintenance on high-speed production equipmentTroubleshoot and repair systems including blenders, fillers, cappers, labelers, conveyors, palletizers, motors, and drivesServe as a first responder to equipment issues and escalate as neededUse tools ranging from hand tools to electrical and electronic test equipmentExecute and document work through CMMS , ensuring timely PMs and repairsInspect equipment and identify root causes and continuous improvement opportunitiesPartner with production teams to maintain safe, reliable operationsSupport continuous improvement and safety initiativesMentor and guide team members, including trainees and operatorsAssist with spare parts planning and orderingWhat You Bring Required:High School Diploma or equivalent4+ years of industrial maintenance experienceStrong skills in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic troubleshootingExperience with:3-phase power systems and industrial wiringAC/DC motors and drivesElectrical test equipment (e.g., voltmeter, megger)Ability to read electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic schematicsKnowledge of Lockout/Tagout, Arc Flash, and PPE standardsStrong problem-solving, organization, and communication skillsFlexibility for overtime, weekends, and on-call supportPreferred:Technical/vocational training in electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic systemsExperience with PLCs, servo/motion systems, and automationKnowledge of NEC, UL508A, NFPA 79Background in food manufacturing (GMP/HACCP environments)CMMS experience (SAP preferred)Bilingual (Spanish a plus)PIT operation experience and personal hand toolsWhy Join This Opportunity Competitive compensation with shift differentialConsistent 2nd shift schedule offering daytime flexibilityWork with advanced equipment in a modern facilityJoin a collaborative, safety-first cultureGain access to ongoing training and career growth opportunitiesBe part of a mission-driven organization focused on global health and wellnessReady to Take the Next Step?
