Construction Superintendent – Roofing & SidingJoin RoyalX, a division of DominionX, as a Full-Time Construction Superintendent – Roofing & Siding and lead multi-family exterior construction projects in Richmond and Northern Virginia.This role is responsible for overseeing roofing, siding, and other exterior projects from planning through completion, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to company and client standards.This position is located in both Richmond, VA and Mt. Juliet, TNKey ResponsibilitiesPlan, coordinate, and supervise roofing, siding, and exterior construction projectsManage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and onsite labor teamsEnsure projects meet specifications, deadlines, and quality standardsConduct regular site inspections and final project walkthroughsMonitor compliance with safety standards, building regulations, and company policiesLead project meetings with clients, subcontractors, architects, and engineersIdentify and resolve construction issues quickly and effectivelyMaintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, daily logs, and reportsProvide regular project updates to leadership and stakeholdersPromote a strong culture of safety through training and jobsite enforcementQualificationsStrong project management and leadership skillsIn-depth knowledge of roofing systems and exterior constructionExperience supervising multi-family and/or commercial construction projectsAbility to manage subcontractors and maintain high standards of quality and safetyStrong communication and relationship-building skillsExperience with project management software and construction documentationAbility to work independently and make sound field decisions3 years experience strongly preferredBenefitsWe offer competitive pay and a strong benefits package, including:Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance401(k)Life InsuranceHealth Savings Account (HSA)Paid Time OffEmployee DiscountsCompetitive SalaryWhy Join Us?At DominionX, we value excellence, integrity, and customer service.
