Position Overview Role: Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) Location: Maine Schedule: Full-time (4 or 5 days per week) with no weekends, holidays, or overnight shifts No weekends, holidays, or overnight call Compensation: $90/hour All travel and housing covered Care Model: Primarily onsite with some telemedicine coverage What You’ll Do Provide comprehensive geriatric medical care in assisted living, memory care, and long-term care facilities Manage chronic conditions, acute issues, and regulatory visits with a patient-centered approach Develop and oversee individualized care plans focused on function, safety, and quality of life Collaborate closely with nursing staff,facility leadership, and interdisciplinary care teams Participate in telemedicine visits to enhance continuity and access to care Use remote patient monitoring tools to support proactive and preventive care Complete timely, high-quality documentation in the EHR What You Bring • Active NP or PA license in the state of Maine • Experience in geriatrics, long-term care, or post-acute care—or a strong interest in this specialty • Comfort working independently while collaborating within a team-based model • Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and decision-making skills • Confidence using technology, EHRs, and telehealth tools • Clear, compassionate communication with patients, families, and care teams About Arc Health PBC At Arc Health, we're shaking up the status quo.
