In-House Counsel | High-Growth Company | Greater Philadelphia Area We are partnering with a rapidly growing investment and operating company to identify their first in-house legal hire. This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial attorney to step into a foundational role, working directly with the leadership team to build and shape the legal function from the ground up.This organization has experienced significant growth (more than doubling revenue in the past two years) and is in aggressive expansion mode, acquiring and scaling business. The environment is fast-paced, business-driven, and highly collaborative.Support M&A activity, including acquisitions, diligence, and integration Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements Advise on multi-state legal and regulatory matters Partner with outside counsel Provide guidance on risk management, compliance, and operational strategy Build scalable legal processes and frameworks to support continued growthlicensed in Pennsylvania Experience in corporate, transactional, or general business law (law firm and/or in-house) This role is perfect for an attorney who wants to move beyond traditional legal work and become a true business partner, with the opportunity to influence growth, strategy, and execution within a dynamic and evolving platform.
