Program Analyst 2

Program Analyst is an experienced level professional within the Operations division of the City of Detroit Water and Sewerage Department that requires minimal direction and supervision. A Program Analyst primarily serves to implement, manage and evaluate the effectiveness of the procedures and operations used in delivery of regulatory and operational programs. Program Analysts focuses on improving, reviewing, evaluating, and recommending process improvements, compliance measures, utilization of project management information systems to improve the regulatory and compliance of the organization. Program Analysts are responsible for assisting with the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the PMIS, project scheduling and provides day-to-day support for water, sewer and other operational and regulatory intensive efforts.
