Because you are always in contact with residents and families, and to guarantee their satisfaction, this position requires tact, sensitivity, and professionalism. As the Resident Services Coordinator, you are a member of the Resident Services Team. You are the coordinator of this team. You and your team are responsible for supporting the Arden Courts Mission and achieving our goals.The Resident Services Coordinator will:Implement all policies and procedures established in the Risk Management and Infection Control Manuals to maintain a safe environmentAssess and monitor residents' health care needs through appropriate actions, training, consultation, and delegationHire, train, supervise and develop Resident Services Supervisors and Resident CaregiversDelegate tasks and monitor service delivery for Resident Services Supervisors and Resident Caregiver staffOrder and maintain inventory of health-related supplies, equipment and supplemental services for residentsCreates an environment that encourages excellence; Promotes open communication between employees and managementWorks with Executive Director in making move-in/move-out decisions and in developing individualized service plansCompletes nursing assessment and state required formsReviews building compliance with all corporate, federal, state, and local resident care guidelinesSkills and Certifications:Registered NurseCandidate Details5+ to 7 years experienceSeniority Level - DirectorManagement Experience Required - YesMinimum Education - Associate's Degree
