The Personal Trainer will lead high-energy 45-minute camp-style workouts and provide personalized fitness instruction to members. Responsibilities include training participants on proper form and technique, motivating clients to achieve their fitness goals, and maintaining a safe, inclusive, and empowering workout environment. The trainer will also provide basic nutrition guidance to complement training programs and contribute to fostering a positive gym community. The trainer will be sales focused in wanting to grow the membership base and look to transform the lives of all those who walk through our doors. QualificationsStrong expertise in Personal Training and Fitness InstructionExperience leading group exercises such as Circuit Training and Fitness ClassesKnowledge of Nutrition principles to support members' overall health goalsSports Coaching skills to inspire and motivate individuals of all fitness levelsExceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with membersPassion for fitness, health, and fostering a supportive community environmentNational certification in personal training or fitness instruction (e.g., NASM, ACE, or similar)CPR/AED certification is required
