Maintenance Supervisor

Salary: $16.13/Hour FLSA Status: Non Exempt Summary Under the direction of the Operations Manager. The Maintenance Supervisor provides general maintenance services to the RV & Golf Resort. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Primary responsibility of general cleaning, and maintenance of all areas of the Golf Resort. Supervises and evaluates maintenance workers under the immediate supervision. Responsible for ordering and maintaining a complete inventory of maintenance supplies, material and equipment. Responsible for maintaining and making minor repairs on machines, equipment and tools. Performs minor maintenance services, i.e., electrical, plumbing, painting, air conditioning systems, and carpentry where not covered by warranty. Oversees the cleaning of the office areas, bathrooms and buildings, i.e., mop, strip, and wax floors, clean furniture, fixtures, walls, and windows, empty trash and garbage Landscape surrounding grounds area, i.e., gut grass, trim trees and water grass. Make assessments on major repairs needed and get estimates on service costs for repair work. Attends staff meetings, in-service training and workshops. Other duties may be assigned. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Ability to work well with others, including diverse personalities of RV visitors. Practice good organizational and time management skills. Flexible in work hours to cover evenings & weekends. Fluency in English. Cocopah & Spanish languages a plus. Ability to work with minimum supervision. Knowledge in the operations, care and safety practices of standard maintenance equipment, i.e., floor polishers, power tools, mowers/tractors, & hand tools. Presentation of professional appearance and demeanor a must. Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. Qualifications Must have a valid driver’s license. Must have reliable transportation. Must be COVID-19 vaccinated or must obtain upon hire.
