Construction Project Manager

Loureiro Building Construction, LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Connecticut. This position provides overall leadership and direction on commercial and industrial construction projects for a self-performing general contractor throughout New England. The Project Manager will work closely with our in-house Pre-Construction team, design professionals, municipal authorities, subcontractors, and owners to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.Who We Are Loureiro Building Construction, LLC is a contractor with extensive experience in design/build, general contracting, and construction management , with the ability to self-perform across all market sectors. Our in-house capabilities include site work, concrete, carpentry, and select finish trades .At Loureiro, our goal is to hire individuals who want to grow with us; professionals who value collaboration, mentorship, and long-term career development.What You'll Do Oversee and manage construction projects from concept through completionCoordinate with owners, architects, engineers, municipal officials, and subcontractorsDevelop and manage project schedules and budgetsNegotiate and administer contracts and change ordersPerform estimating, including material take-offsAnalyze, manage, and mitigate project risksMaintain responsibility for project scope, schedule, cost control, and documentationManage project systems including customer communication, resources, documents, job cost tracking, and change managementEnsure work is performed safely and in compliance with company safety policiesWho You Are A strong communicator with excellent organizational skillsA self-starter who takes ownership and motivates project teamsDetail-oriented and proactive in problem-solvingCommitted to quality, safety, and client satisfactionEager to contribute to the growth of the companyWhat You Bring Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specificationsProficiency with MS Office, Microsoft Project, and OutlookKnowledge of construction methods, materials, and schedulingExperience in commercial and/or industrial construction managementAutoCAD and Revit experience is a plusPhysical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computerAbility to lift up to 15 lbs.Ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboardsAbility to push, pull, and place materials on level surfaces and overhead cabinetsAbility to work in varying weather conditions and terrainsAdherence to safety protocols and proper use of personal protective equipmentWhy Loureiro?
