Key AccountabilitiesMake sure shelves, displays, windows, counters, cold boxes, and retailinventories look their best and meet our merchandising standards. Useyour creativity to arrange point-of-sale items according to brandstandards. Work closely with Sales Representatives to ensure properinventory levels for shelves, counters, cold boxes, and floor displays.Keep a photographic record of your displays in each account Monitor andtrack displays, counters, shelves, and signage by store Createcompelling merchandising presentations for retailers Establish andmaintain strong relationships with store managers Provide brand andproduct information to store managers and customers as neededRequirements Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Can communicate clearly, bothverbally and in writing Excited to learn about our brands and productsWilling to work flexible hours when needed Capable of workingindependently and taking initiative. Self-motivated and enthusiastic,ready to contribute to the team?s success Education/Experience/Training:High School Diploma or equivalent is required A college degree orequivalent work experience is a plus You will need a valid Massachusettsdriver\'s license and registration Physical Demands and Environment:Regularly lift objects up to 25 pounds and up to 40 pounds occasionallyExpect to be on your feet a lot, either standing or walking throughoutthe day Requires a good amount of mental focus to handle complex tasksthat need concentrated effort and attention to detail Includes traveland facing various weather conditions when visiting customers,prospects, or vendors Potential for accidents due to road travel,including traffic incidents, delivery of goods, or the setup ofdisplays, so staying alert and careful is important Hourly Rate:\$20.00-\$22.00 per hour Schedule: Monday - Friday, and Saturday work
