PT Licensed Clinical Supervisor
Job purpose
Under the supervision of the Program Manager, the Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor is responsible for providing individual and group clinical supervision and consultation to Behavioral Health providers. The Clinical Supervisor also provides behavioral health services maintaining a small caseload, performing a variety of direct clinical, diagnostic, treatment, and outreach services up to 32%.
This is a part time position working 20 hours per week.
Duties and responsibilities
Provide feedback and evaluation to clinicians on the quality and timeliness of their clinical work
Provide advice, support, and remediation to assist supervisees in meeting documentation requirements and caseload expectations
Review and approve Medi-Cal documentation
Identify supervisee training needs and make recommendations to the Program Manager
Provide culturally sensitive, client centered individual/group/family counseling &rehabilitation services
Conduct culturally relevant assessment; develop treatment plans based on Transformational Care Model
Facilitate referral linkages to community resources and appropriate agencies, and perform case management services
Document and maintain clinical records per appropriate standards and regulations
Participate in clinical supervision, meetings, consultations, and trainings
Maintain applicable productivity requirements
Participate in on-call after hours rotation
Complete and maintain LPS 5150 Authorization certification and provide officer of the day support
Complete other duties and related projects as assigned
LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Licensed Psychologist
One year or more experience providing clinical supervision to behavioral health providers
Five years or more of directly related experience working with youth in a clinical setting
Proficient with supervision, and case management fundamentals
Experience signing off on and approving Medi-Cal documentation
An understanding of cultural issues, community resources and family dynamics
Ability to communicate well with people of diverse cultural, professional, and experiential background
Ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships as part of a multidisciplinary team
Ability to maintain a valid California driver license, current personal auto insurance, and an MVR sufficient to maintain insurability under agency auto liability policies
Familiarity with community support systems, health care and human service resources
Knowledge of Santa Clara County Department of Family and Childrens Services, Family Advocates, Social Security Agency, and other involved agencies highly desired
