This role partners closely with account managers, inside sales, and key vendor partners such as Rockwell Automation to promote and position technologies in industrial automation, sensing, and safety system solutions.The Solutions Specialist will lead customer-facing engagements, support opportunity development, and champion the execution of strategic growth plans. This position requires strong technical knowledge, commercial acumen, and collaboration skills to drive adoption of industrial control, sensor, and safety products across the territory.Drive year-over-year sales growth for industrial control, sensor, and safety portfoliosMaintain a healthy CRM funnel to sustain growth; support opportunity qualification and forecasting across key planning segmentsAdvance business development activities across customer base to earn new business from both existing and new customers Maintain a trusted advisor posture to provide value-driven insights to customersNetwork with key customer stakeholders to build lasting relationshipsWork directly with OneSource Account Managers to identify new opportunities and support strategic account planningLeverage vendor programs to accelerate sales and improve customer valueLead monthly, quarterly, and annual commercial activities aligned with vendor and company objectivesDeliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, customer training sessions, and value-based customer discussions for assigned product areasCollaborate with vendor teams, domain experts, marketing, and digital teams to support campaigns and eventsSupport internal training to elevate technical competency across the sales organizationEngage with vendor support structures to resolve quality, pricing, or technical concernsContribute to quarterly business reviews and provide performance and growth insightsWhat You Will BringBachelor’s degree (BA or BS), preferably in engineering, industrial technology, or a related technical field preferredUnderstanding of industrial automation, sensors, machine safety, and control system technologies requiredExperience in technical sales, applications engineering, or product management preferredStrong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills requiredWillingness to continuously learn and build technical and commercial competency requiredLocation: This role is based in Fullerton, CASalary RangeThis is an exempt position that pays $89,000 - $122,000 annually. This salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, within California. The actual range of the role may differ based on the location of the role.
