The Senior Trial Attorney must have at least 10 years of experience, and will handle all aspects of case management, including drafting motions, conducting legal research, and preparing for and attending hearings, trials, and depositions. The role involves direct interaction with clients, experts, overseeing case strategy, and advocating in court to represent clients in medical malpractice and wrongful death cases.
